Indigestion is a common problem for many people. This is not a serious condition. It gives some pain to the abdomen. Along with the abdomen pain, you can also feel the problems like belching, heartburn, bloating, nausea, etc. This problem is common for the people who have the habit likes fast eating and excess eating. Intake spicy foods, fiber contained food particles, oily foods, caffeine products are also the reason for this problem. The other possible reasons for indigestion are high intake of alcohol, formation of gallstones, stress, inflamed pancreas, damages stomach, smoking, ulcers, etc. Some medicines are also creates this problem. There is no treatment is needed for this problem. You should follow practices like avoid fast eating, avoid talking while eating, chew the food particles finely, avoid exercise immediately after eating.
