Gingivitis

Gingivitis is a disease which is related to dental problems. This disease gives some damage to the gums present in the teeth. The gums are also referred by the term gingiva. This disease damages the tissues and tooth socket present in the teeth. These tissues support the teeth for perform the function. This problem is due to the infection. The infection is mainly because of bacteria. When you intake the food items, some of them are get deposited in the gaps among the teeth. These food particles are converted into bacteria. This bacterium slowly destroys the teeth. The other causes for gingivitis are general body illness, improper brushing, diabetes and pregnancy. The symptoms are formation of sores on the teeth, bleeding gums, etc. Dentist use some special equipment to remove the unwanted deposits from the teeth.
