Fetal alcohol syndrome

Fetal alcohol syndrome is a problem for young babies. This problem is due to the intake of alcohol at the pregnancy time. Mothers should be very careful at their pregnancy period. Alcohol should be strictly avoided at that time of pregnancy especially, in the first three months. It does not give any problems during the pregnancy period. But it affects the baby severely, because the content of alcohol can easily enters the fetus. Mainly, the physical and mental growth of the children gets affected. The symptoms are defects in the heart, weak muscles, lack of speech, lack of thinking power and some facial appearances like head is in different shape, eyes are not in the proper position, etc. There is no treatment is available for this syndrome.
