Caffeine is a substance. It occurs naturally in some plants. It can be also produced through artificially. It is used as an additive in various food products. Caffeine is absorbed by your body rapidly. Likewise, it disturbs your body also. This substance is immediately spreads in to the human brain. But it does not get deposited on the blood stream. After long hours, it is released from the body. Small amount of caffeine is consumed by all people in this world. Caffeine is present in more than 50 plants. Especially, it is present in the tea leaves and coffee seeds. Less amount of caffeine substance is normally intake by the people to get relief from headache and drowsiness. Huge amount of caffeine leads to rapid heart beat, nausea, vomiting, anxiety, etc.
