Asthma is a lung disease related to respiratory problems. Asthma is due to allergy and heredity. Apart from the top 2 reasons the other causes for asthma are smoking, cold air, Tobacco chewing, and even laughing can cause attacks.
It causes Wheezing, tightening the chest, not able to breathe continually. The primary cause of the disease is coughing and it occurs at night or at the time of sunrise. There is no age limitation for asthma so it attacks all ages of people mostly starts from childhood onwards.
Some of the ways to prevent from asthma are use clean pillow covers and bed sheets, avoid smoking and chewing tobacco, if you already know that any of our family member have the asthma then it is possible for you too. So consult your family doctor and take some preventive steps.
