Over weight means the muscles are contains extra muscle tissues. Weight loss is the process which contains medicine, health or physical fitness. It is also defined as the reduction of the body mass. Some of the private companies are making some products are giving weight loss in a short period. But it may occur some side affects so try to avoid all those things.
