The essential part of human life is to take rest. Sleeping is the best form of rest. This can also improve the efficiency of the person. While sleeping our body and mind both takes rest. The study codes that the individual performance can double when we are working after a small nap. Sleeping shuts down all the functions of brain and body. A person without complete sleep will be restless on other day. He will not be able to concentrate in his duty. The drowsy feeling can cause many accidents. To work properly we need to take rest and sleep comfortably.
Sleep reduces as we grow. A baby sleeps up to 16 hours a day as we grow up the sleeping time decreases to 7-8 hours a day. Sleep is a boost up process for every human to work effectively.
