To live a smooth and happy life, we must keep our heart more healthy. It is so hard to achieve a healthy heart. Healthy heart is depending on the cholesterol level in the blood, which flows in to the heart. If it is in high rating, then you must have a balanced diet, meditation and a good exercise. We must take 30 minutes of exercise for at least three times in a week. Cardiovascular exercise helps to give support for the heart and decrease the risk for heart disease. Avoid using alcohol and smoking in your life time for getting a healthiest heart. Try to lose your weight because overweight cause heart diseases in your body. You are able to increase your heart health by using your loaded laughing. This was proved by scientist. People who are too heavy in body are at an extremely high risk of heart disease and a host of other health problems. Heart disease is in charge for the early loss of many enjoyments in our life. We must keep avoiding emotional news from our heart, which does not give any pressure and tension. Heart diseases have a tendency to give big issue in our future.
