Symptoms and causes of Asthma

Asthma is a disease caused by narrowing of air passage in to the lungs. It is an unending lung disease, which cause difficulty in breathing. Asthma person cannot sleep well because they are not able to breathe like normal person.

They are not able to talk or struggle to talk, when an emotional situation occurs to them. The symptoms are disturbed sleep, feel tightness in the chest, wheezing, always cold and cough.

Most of the asthma patients are suffered by breathlessness. Normally, asthma is caused by more factors such as dusts, mite, and pollen. Some of the myths about asthma are contagious and it cannot be cured and it is addictive one. It may affect the person, when the climate changes.

It is also caused through irritants like cigarette smoke, pollution, infection and stress. To avoid asthma problem, we must keep our home clean, use air conditioner, maintain low humidity in home and also avoid pets with feathers. The best treatment for asthma is Bronchodilators.
