Tobacco is very addictive, thus making it difficult to quit smoking. It increases the risks of lung cancer and many other forms of cancer. It not only affects you but also the people who are living and working with you.
Infants who come across cigarette smoke are the worst sufferers. They may show the symptoms of pneumonia and bronchitis. Bad breath and stained teeth are some common problems with smoking. Your overall health gets deteriorated by smoking. Your body does not have stamina for physical activities. Lack of concentration is an important drawback of smoking. Quit smoking to lead a healthy life. It relieves you from several illnesses.
